Troy Claydon

A former serviceman, Troy is the founder and CEO of Panoptic Solutions. He is a qualified and registered frontline Paramedic who holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Science as well as several tertiary qualifications in business and, security and risk management.

Over the past nineteen years, Troy has planned and managed a full range of security operations including complex Executive Protection tasks and corporate events to convoy escorts, security of construction sites, military establishments and compounds. His experience extends globally to regions including Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and Europe.

He has provided protection and facilitated logistics support for complex and dynamic tasks to various high profile clientele including the worlds top 1% HNWI, Royalty, Executives from Fortune 50, tech and mining companies, engineering project managers, financial company CEO’s, journalists and Department of Defence personnel.


Dr Kieran McCarthy

As an Australian Military trained Doctor, Kieran provides oversight and compliance of all of our medical operations and clinical governance. Kieran has a distinguished service history of over 12 years with the Australian Army including three years providing the full spectrum of direct action support as a doctor within Special Operations Command. Kieran has deployed and operated within high risk austere environments including six deployments to East Timor, Afghanistan (twice with SOTG) and the Philippines; as well as domestically in many challenging environments. With a special interest in adventure, wilderness and austere medicine, Kieran is well suited to providing high level advice and guidance to our medical staff, as well as providing direct support to clients as needed across a range of remote taskings. Kieran holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, a Masters of Public Health (Disaster & Emergency Management), is currently completing a Fellowship in Wilderness Medicine, and is also qualified in aviation and diving medicine. With significant occupational medicine experience, Kieran is also well placed to provide a wide range of employment medicals, injury prevention and advice to mining companies and other high-risk organisations.


Fallon Claydon

With over nine years’ experience in commercial law, Fallon provides expert legal advice and monitors the compliance and regulatory requirements for Panoptic Solutions. Fallon has completed a Bachelor’s of Law and Bachelor’s of Arts degrees at the University of NSW, and is admitted to the role of the QLD Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. Fallon value adds to Panoptic Solutions and its clients by providing sound and valuable legal advice regarding intricate security issues as well as liaising with various law enforcement agencies. Fallon manages every legal matter and ensures Panoptic maintains appropriate policies and procedures, as well as auditing requirements with personal attention and diligence.


Ben Hosking

Ben began his management experience by starting and building three of his own small businesses at separate venues all in the same time frame. He enjoys the challenges that come with responsibility and operations management.

He is qualified in security and risk management, occupational health and safety and training and assessing. He also holds a Diploma of Public Safety (Policing).

The challenges of business led Ben to working at an executive level in government for the Chief Minister (NT) with the purpose of bringing about positive change to the operating conditions for people in business in the Northern Territory.

He has a decade of experience working in remote locations in the Northern Territory where he managed limited resources in austere environments to achieve outstanding results in line with government policy. Ben specialised as a law enforcement officer by joining the Territory Response Group where he honed in and focused his expertise into the areas of Dignitary and Diplomatic Asset Protection, Active Armed Shooter Response, Surveillance in Remote Rural settings as well as Urban tactics and Witness Protection.


Ursula Ivory

As a twenty year professional in the luxury and corporate travel industry, Ursula Ivory heads up our travel division Panoptic Corporate Travel. Within this roles she also provides administrative support to the Panoptic Solutions executive team. Panoptic Corporate Travel supports all of Panoptic Solutions security operations and respective clients.

Ursula offers expert advice on the safest way to travel as well as superior client experiences. She is well versed in communicating with executives and high level corporate clients ensuring that they arrive at destinations safely and on time. Ursula manages clients itineraries and facilitates all their travel requirements there by allowing our security team to concentrate on the security task at hand.
